This project involves some boys who were abandoned when they were small, so they spent a period of their childhood by the streets in Nairobi and then they have been hosted by Consolata Missionaries in “Familia ya Ufariji”.
Today these boys are grown up and they have to leave the Consolata house, so under the supervision of the priest in charge there – fr. Julius Gichure Mwangi – we’d like to provide them with tools and opportunities to train to become tailors, mechanics or artisans.
The capital for this project is the fruit of a charity sale, organized by a group of volunteers in Riva presso Chieri (Torino, Italy): thanks to them!
