In the area of Ghiturai 44 in Nairobi there are a lot of slums, where a lot of streetboys live. At the same time that area has environmental problems because of abandoned trash in the streets.
Aims:
- giving a professional training to a group of young people in difficulties and registration of the group in a CBO (Community based Organization)
- giving a working possibility to this same group of young people in recyclable waste picking and sale to recycling plants
- environmental awareness of community
- improving environmental situation of the area
- charts realization (for the recyclable materials transport) by ex streetboys, become welders
